Q: What does the first letter or number before the stars mean under rating or rank?
A: The numbers and letters that are at the forefront of the ranking display the range in which a player is ranked, where 2 is the lowest and A(or Ace) is the highest, just like in a deck of cards..

Q: What is ROI and NOI, and what does it represent?
A: ROI means return on investment, and to unlock it you must go Here and follow a few simple steps. NOI means you are not opted in to have Top Shark display this statistic.

Q: How is the rank or rating calculated?
A: There are three parameters for the rank:
1. Number of entrants
2. Average buy-in
3. Tournament Finishes

Q: What can the "poker wall" in the "player info" page be used for?
A: You can use the "Poker Wall" to post messages, photos or videos to your friends and vice versa, or post these items on your own wall.

Q: How can i display my stats on other websites?
A: On the "Player Info" page simply select the "get player graph link" and copy the link that it provides. This link updates daily, so there is no need to keep posting updated links.

Q: Is there a way to lock my personal information on the player profile page?
A: In the next few weeks we will be implementing a login option that once you are logged in you may lock all your personal information including your photo.

Q: How can i access my tournament history and statistics from the "Player Info" page?
A: There are three places to access your statistics and tournament history for MTT, SnG and Heads-Up. The first tab section is at the top of the page, the second has three buttons in the middle of the page, and the third is on the left hand side below applications.

Q: How far back do Top Shark statistics and tournament histories go?
A: Our Official full coverage began on October 9, 2007 for Poker Stars and on November 5, 2007 for Full Tilt.

Q: Why is there no rank for Heads-Up?
A: We are currently in the process of adding rank for Heads-Up players and should have it in place shortly.
